In this role, you’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified appointments scheduled for you, negotiating a purchase price to achieve win-win situations and ensuring a smooth transition through the remainder of our sales process. You’ll have an opportunity to grow with our company, both professionally and financially, as we continue to expand our business.

You’ll have 2 years of successful sales experience with the ability to show quota and attainment, directly selling to an individual decision maker, as well as CRM experience for documenting sales interactions. You’ll be growth focused, results driven, relentless, and collaborative. Finally, you’ll have integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting or exceeding quota goals.
  • Achieving an average of two new contracts signed a week.
  • Attending an average of 12 or more appointments a week (either provided or self-generated), at the home of interest to evaluate and present an offer to purchase.
  • Responsible for having 30% or less attrition rate (canceled contracts).
  • Understanding sellers, their motivations and overcoming objections that result in win-win purchases.
  • Managing all opportunities and appropriately following up with active leads, including completing all tasks within company CRM by their due dates.
  • Documenting all sales interactions in the company CRM.
  • Generating leads whenever free time is available.
  • Collaborating and communicating with the entire team to ensure the process is to the client's satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of proven, successful sales experience, with supporting documentation of goals and achievement.
  • Reliable transportation, comfortable with a good amount of driving throughout Metro Detroit.
  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to utilize multiple applications on both a computer and phone.
  • Flexible schedule, including night and weekend appointments.

Compensation
$40,000/year plus commission. When on target, total earning potential (salary plus commission) is $80,000+ per year. No commission caps.

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.

We market heavily in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County (Outside of Detroit). We provide quality pre-screened leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work remotely.

We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.
