We are looking to hire an Acquisitions/Sales Manager who would love to represent the company in working directly with homeowners and identifying properties to acquire that meet our buying criteria. 

Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Managing pipeline of prospects 
  • Generating leads
  • Building rapport
  • Following up on leads
  • Evaluating properties
  • Visiting the property and meeting with sellers
  • Communicating effectively with all parties involved


  • Go out on multiple appointments to meet with homeowners weekly/daily
  • Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by marketing
  • Make cold calls to generate leads
  • Negotiate pricing with homeowners
  • Overcoming objections
  • Closing contracts

  • Must have at least 1 year of business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record).
  • Must have a great attitude and be coachable.
  • Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to serve and add value.
  • Must be a great manager of time.
  • Must be a “People Person.”
  • Must be somewhat tech savvy and familiar with online apps/tools such as: Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM (Podio), Microsoft Office, Voxer, Smartphone, etc.
  • Must be willing to travel to different counties around the Central Valley.
$50,000 - $100,000+ (This job is commission only)
