Pro Homebuyer Solutions is seeking a CLOSER, who is eager to grow and make money, to join our growing Acquisitions team. We specialize in the use of marketing and sales solutions to acquire and sell investment properties across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We operate in an entrepreneurial start-up culture and thrive on growing as a team. Our Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist position will help identify, negotiate and purchase homes. You will be speaking with sellers over the phone, building rapport, and trying to help them determine the best way to sell their homes. This is the perfect sales position for someone who loves talking and meeting with people and perfect for those that want to learn about the real estate industry!

Compensation: commission based with upside potential of, $100,000 to $150,000+

Responsibilities
  • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
  • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed

  • Oversee a personal property acquisition pipeline, and own the results
  • Call prospective sellers in our database that have asked for a call
  • Speak with sellers over the phone
  • Update the database
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • The candidate must be coachable
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Ability to learn AND understand the basics of running investment numbers - we teach you this.
  • You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
  • You must be able to work full-time
  • Must be able to time-manage and prioritize tasks

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

  • Over 1 year (3+ yrs preferred) of experience in sales; real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
  • Must live in the Washington DC metro area and be willing and able to drive a lot. This is a remote position (no need to go to an office) BUT it also requires a lot of time in the car driving to properties
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise.
  • You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer
  • You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
  • Must be able to handle rejection well and move on
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people – via phone, email, etc.
  • Managing leads and following up with prospects in our company's CRM.
  • Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals
  • A real estate license is NOT required

Compensation
$100,000+ commission based
