We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. Responsibilities
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
  • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed

  • Create your own opportunities when lead gen slows down...this is sales and you get paid to make sales happen
  • Speak with sellers who want to sell their home without using an agent   
  • Each seller appointment has an amount of “pre-work” involved: Approximately 15% of your weekly load will be spent analyzing properties using online property data to confirm the target buy price
  • 15% of your time will be estimating repairs
  • 70% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal
  • Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections and creating a win/win situation with the seller  
  • Networking meetings: Pre/Post Covid: Attend local real estate meetings and network with the area’s best investors. During Covid: Attend online REIA meetings, connect with agents and other investors, join FB investor groups, and participate

Qualifications
  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
  • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

  • Knowledge of real estate investing is a plus, however being coachable and having the desire to learn new and innovative techniques is essential
  • Must have strong experience with one call closing and overcoming objections
  • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business either at the first meeting or through follow upcycle     
  • Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques designed for relational selling
  • Currently earning good commissions and looking to further increase earnings    
  • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field    
  • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in approach     
  • Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills     
  • Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listening to podcasts, and seek to learn how to be more effective     
  • A fast starter, able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career
  • Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a hunter’s mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well
  • Ability to follow up for multiple weeks in case first or second call does not produce a contract

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000+ commission plus bonuses
