We are eagerly seeking a self-motivated, hard-working, and talented full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our Real Estate Team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. This position is for a person who is confident in their sales ability and knows they can close deals. This is a commission-only position. We have a CRM full of leads and are consistently generating 150 leads a week. This is a great opportunity for someone who is coachable and wants to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
  • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process
  • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends

  • An active real estate license is preferred, but not required

  • Participate in the structured sales training, always being prepared and completing anything assigned

Qualifications

  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work
  • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • Willingness and ability to learn company tools, systems, and technologies
  • Grit, determination, and a great team player. Ability to hear a lot of "No's"

This is a commission-based position with great earning potential

Compensation
$100,000 yearly at plan
