Compensation

Base Salary $30,000

Annually Commissions $40,000 - $60,000 + Annually

• Communicate with Sellers
• Generate leads
• Follow up with and manage leads in a timely manner
• Research and analyze market data
• Negotiate contracts
• Attend property walk-throughs
• Ensure a smooth closing

• 2+ years of commission-based sales experience preferred
• Bilingual
• Knows how to build trust and rapport
• Superior phone etiquette
• Works well independently
• Technology savvy
• Has adequate transportation
• Coachable
• Reliable and accountable to company standards
• Possess a desire to succeed
• Previous real estate experience is not required
