We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. If you provide top-level service and are ready for a lucrative change, we would love for you to be a part of our acquisitions team!
Responsibilities
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
  • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research

  • Call homeowners about their properties
  • Go on appointments to view properties

Qualifications
  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of business-to-consumer sales experience - with a proven track record (car sales, windows, in-home sales, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to self generate leads and capably progress leads through the pipeline
  • Must be comfortable with a primarily commission-based compensation structure
  • Must have a world-class “can-do” attitude and be coachable
  • Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” that wants to serve and add value
  • Must be a great manager of time and be able to work autonomously from home
  • Must be a “People Person”
  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with online apps/tools such as Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM, Microsoft Office, Voxer, Smartphone, etc.
  • Must live in Denver

$50,000+ Annually
