We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed

  • Manage and nurture a database of seller leads
  • Quickly qualify opportunities and gauge motivation
  • Effectively build rapport and gain trust with sellers
  • Visit homes to review the condition, take photos and drive comps
  • Analyze opportunities and market data to determine pricing
  • Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts
  • Track sales activities and lead notes in software database

Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
  • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

  • Must hold an Indiana Real Estate Broker's License (or close to being licensed)
  • Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities
  • An ability to understand market data and analyze investment deals
  • Wants to plug into a proven system, rather than go it alone
  • Knows how to read people, and can close confidently
  • Some light construction knowledge is preferred
  • Able to quickly process details, and create win/win solutions


Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
