We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with sellers as well as working inbound leads and creating opportunities for growth. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors.   • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition

  • Prompt response to seller inquiries
  • Efficient follow-up on company provided leads using strict adherence to company-established processes
  • Develop new business through networking and other creative prospecting
  • Effective communication with clients to ensure a smooth transaction from initial contact to closing
  • Continuous management of client relationships

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
  • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work

  • Basic computer skills and CRM software experience
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and commitment
  • Self Motivated
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Some knowledge of construction helpful
  • Bi-lingual a strong plus
  • Direct home sales, automotive sales, or construction sales experience preferably
  • Experience negotiating and writing contracts
  • Excellent networking, follow-up, phone, and prospect management skills
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and sales closing skills
  • A desire to be a part of a growing business with long-term advancement opportunities
  • Must have a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one

$100,000-$150,000 first year
