SOS Real Estate Solutions is a fast-growing, real estate investment team located in the Augusta, GA area. We find and market for off-market properties. You will receive, follow up with, hunt, prepare, and obtain contracts and ensure each sales process is smooth and successful from when the lead comes in when you pass a signed contract off to our closing team. This position allows you to work from home but you must be local to the Augusta area. The Acquisitions Professional is instrumental in the growth and success of our business. You will receive top-notch training and learn from the best! We provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to succeed. The ideal candidate is a talented acquisition professional who is persuasive, confident, and outgoing!

• Build solid relationships with clients and serve them well
• Respond to all leads with extreme speed!
• Communicate with the team to ensure smooth transitions
• Perform due diligence on real estate market and market trends, and investment models, and prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport with clients and overcoming objections presented by sellers
• Use market trends, comps, data research, property condition, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Prepare contracts and other required documents
• Report to the sales manager on a daily basis and ask questions when needed!
• Attend weekly and quarterly meetings

• Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related field of study preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred but not required
