Technical Skills: Highly efficient with Office Applications and familiar with CRM systems.
Department: Candidates must fit in with company culture. Candidates must be great at closing sales, relentless with following up on leads, be very skilled at managing time and prioritize work and have a passion to perfect their craft and become a sales beast!
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with sellers and all levels of company; be 100% responsible for the effectiveness of your peer-to-peer communications.
Compensation is straight commission, will offer a 3 month base for the right person.
We have been investing in real estate since 2015 and have rehabbed, wholesaled and held over 550 properties in this time. This year we are on track to do over 250 deals, including a mixture of wholesales, whole-tails, rehabs and rentals. If those words don't mean anything to you, that's ok.
