Acquisitions Manager

Premier Capital Investments is seeking a CLOSER, who is eager to grow and make money, to join our growing Acquisitions team. Premier Capital Investments is a Real Estate Investment firm, specializing in the use of marketing and sales solutions to acquire and sell investment properties across Metro Atlanta. We operate in an enterprising start-up culture and thrive on growing as a team. Our goal is to become the #1 Real Estate Investment firm in the country and we need the best of the best to get us there!

The Acquisitions Manager interacts with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors.

We need CLOSERS for this position. Someone who will do what it takes to get the deal done! Someone who is hungry and motivated.

* A real estate license is NOT required to work as an Acquisitions Manager*

• Calling and building rapport with distressed sellers over the phone, overcoming objections, running property analysis, and making offers
• Follow-up calls to pre-qualified leads (THIS IS YOUR EARNINGS)
• Actively listening in order to take DETAILED notes on properties
• CLOSE DEALS!
• Ability to learn AND understand the basics of running investment numbers - we teach you this
• Negotiating with sellers according to the company's buying criteria
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Following the company's proven Sales Process
• Being a team player understanding that EVERYONE WINS

• Sales experience preferred (1-5+ yrs) - will train the right person
• Competitive nature - former athletes and car salesmen/women are great fits
• You must have a quiet working environment
• You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
• Must be able to time-manage and prioritize tasks
• The candidate must be coachable
• A real estate license is NOT required to work as an Acquisition Manager.
