We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll prospect, prepare, and close deals. This position is instrumental for our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. As a wholesale real estate firm, we focus on building relationships with residential real estate agents. These relationships allow us to provide solutions to real estate agents and acquire off market properties.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process.
• Gather information from realtors about their client’s needs and provide solutions.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with realtors that want to work with clientele.
• Use verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set appointments.
• Send text messages to real estate agents to inquire about properties.
• Run comps, and submit offers on properties.
