We are looking for a dynamic Acquisitions Manager, someone who is ready to WIN and help others- Someone who is interested in personal growth as much as they are in financial growth! In this role, you’ll dive headfirst into our CRM and lead generation sources to identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance - particularly areas of opportunity - to ensure our success. 

The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and a whiz in customer relationship management programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Perfect the ask. Know how and when to talk money with your client to agree to a price and terms that are a win, win.
  • Strong, consistent follow-up with clients.
  • Talk with people at their level in their preferred medium (phone, text, email, chat)
  • Identify any hidden or additional needs or people involved with the decision.
  • Become a valuable resource and trusted advisor for your clients.

Compensation: $55,00- $75,000/Year (This position is paid through a base salary + commission and can work remotely or come into our local office)

Responsibilities

  • Following up with potential sellers, while having a positive and persistent approach
  • Constantly expanding database of prospects to build pipeline and close deals
  • Managing leads in our company’s CRM 
  • Analyze potential investment deals
  • Go on appointments to view homes and take photos
  • Researching ownership records, market data, and industry trends.
  • Making offers, negotiating terms and conditions, and preparing and executing detailed contracts

Qualifications

  • A laptop and internet connection is required
  • Must have a car for transportation (Gas allowance will be provided) 
  • Knowledge/experience using MLS and Podio + having some construction knowledge is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google programs is highly preferred
  • Have excellent telephone and customer skills
  • Goal-oriented and ambitious, with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
  • Willing and able to go above and beyond to get the job done

Compensation
$55,000- $75,000/Year (Salary + substantial commissions)
