We are looking to hire and train a hungry, humble, coachable, self-motivated Acquisitions Manager to join our company, Streamline Acquisitions.

Compensation: $70,000- $100,000 Expected Earnings

• Handling inbound and outbound leads of motivated sellers over the phone
• Going on in person sales appointments when necessary
• Determining the market value of properties, the correct investment exit strategy, and acquiring properties at a price that allows our company to maximize profit 
• Qualifying leads, determining seller's motivation, and finding the proper solution to meet their needs
• Handling incoming PPC, SEO, and incoming calls on off hours to ensure timely customer handling
• Managing systems and software including Podio CRM, Callrail, Propstream, and KPI tracking

At Streamline Acquisitions, you must:

• No experience required- we are looking for someone with the right personality and drive required to fill this role
• One year or more of sales or acquisitions management experience is helpful
• Some type of experience or knowledge in real estate is welcomed
• Strong work ethic- Integrity, reliability, personal Accountability, assertiveness
• Be a team player
• Be coachable and willing to learn
• Be committed to the long-term growth of yourself and the company
