This person loves to spend time on the phone, building a rapport with potential clients, closing good deals and seeking win-win agreements. The ASI will make cold calls, and follow up on seller leads via phone, emails and texts to potential clients to create trust with new clients to find out what they want and creates solutions to acquire property.

Responsibilities
  • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity
  • Maximize the number of homes purchased and the resulting profitability
  • Place outbound cold calls and calls generated by external sources
  • Communicate and develop a rapport with the client and close the deal
  • Offer empathy and encouragement to customers to ensure mutual trust
  • Increase conversion rates on leads and appointments
  • Expand the company’s clientele and promote the company's business growth
  • Communicate and coordinate with other members of the team


Qualifications
  • Must have 2 - 4+ years of proven sales experience
  • Consistently exceed quotas
  • High school degree - Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation
$75,000+ overall compensation - Includes small base salary and large bonus potential
