How It Works: All leads are generated for you and all calls are inbound or follow-ups. You will be talking to motivated homeowners who want to sell their houses. All you need to do is negotiate the buying price.

Your Qualifications: While we are open to anyone who has what it takes to produce results and make some big money, we imagine this position is going to be filled by a sales BEAST who has tons of experience closing over the phone.

• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
