Due to the situation with COVID, there is expected to be a rise in distressed homes/homeowners. We need a top-notch salesperson that is good with people, trustworthy, and is good at negotiating. You’ll hunt, prepare, close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. You will need to be very very good at following up with prospects.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a draw on future commissions paid twice per month. Average salespeople can make $150,000 per year in this position, top-notch salespeople have the potential for $200,000+. It is commission based BUT YOU WILL BE PAID A DRAW TWICE A MONTH!!!!! You will also be getting plenty of leads per day, and there is a possibility you can make more than $200k.
