We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout a full-time real estate acquisitions manager. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities

  • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
  • Long-term, consistent follow up with sales prospects
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients
  • Generate leads for potential properties to purchase by networking
  • Identifying vacant properties and following up on these leads
  • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide strategies to maximize profitable growth
  • Provide reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience

Compensation
$60,000+ (Commission Based)
