Compensation: $74,000 at plan commission

• Lead the acquisition process, including identifying and evaluating potential properties, negotiating deals, and getting contracts signed.
• Manage and prioritize leads, ensuring that opportunities are pursued in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisition opportunities, including market research, property inspections, and risk assessments.
• Schedule and attend appointments with potential sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Network with industry professionals and organizations to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities.
• Gather testimonials from past clients and partners to build credibility and generate new leads.
