You’ll keep our financial records organized by reviewing accounts payable and receivable and preparing detailed account reconciliations. - Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses
- Manage all business account reconciliation to ensure every transaction is accounted for
- Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate
- Communicate with all vendors, partners, and staff regarding payments and financial records to ensure bills are paid promptly
- Ready our books for monthly and quarterly reports
- Some accounting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks
- Real estate industry experience is highly valued
