We need someone who notices the little things and can report back what they see. Our real estate investment group renovates hundreds of houses each year and we need a good pair of eyes and a detailed mind to help us make sure no corners are cut.

As the Quality Control Manager, your job will be to walk our properties and check every nook and cranny for things we need to fix or repair. Missing appliance? We need to know. Is a room missing a cover plate? Write it down! We want you to get as specific as possible and report back to us so our maintenance crew can make any and all repairs necessary to get the job done right. • Driving is required
• Walk real estate properties to ensure quality control
• Make a detailed checklist of any and all repairs at each property and submit them to the Rehab Coordinator
• Meet appraisers and inspectors on occasion
• Walk properties to ensure tenants have moved out and notify the Property Manager if they have not
• Conduct weekly/monthly checks of properties to ensure each unit is secured and in good condition
