We are currently seeking a Quality Control Manager for our location in the Panhandle of Florida. If you are someone who understands how much the small details matter, we want you to join our team! - Overseeing on-site quality control at job sites by performing planned and random inspections daily
- Establishing an expert, in-field presence for customers
- Completing minor repairs or adjustments as needed
- Reporting and documenting all site visits, photos, diagnosing any leaks
- Meeting building inspectors when needed
- Warranty and specialty services calls as needed
- Ability to get on a roof, carry a ladder and lift 80 lbs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- (Preferred but not mandatory) BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
- Roofing knowledge in both steep and low slope applications
- Proven working experience in construction management or a similar role
- Good knowledge of construction management processes
- Experience with construction management software packages
