  • Overarching management of the quality organization, quality processes, and development and articulation of quality performance at Ameritek International
  • Establishes a disciplined cadence of meetings and reviews that drive accountability, staff development, and open communication
  • Conduct and participate in technical reviews, requirement reviews, design reviews, and change control activities
  • Provide quality leadership for technical review activities and launch readiness decisions
  • Set company new product quality metrics/goals for the organization, provide performance feedback and loop closure
  • Develop and implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products from the first article to production
  • Work with the technology team to review safety and quality standards in a product review
  • Quality team assessment including staff augmentation recommendations as required and within budget constraints
  • Create and maintain quality systems and procedures
  • Interface with customers to ensure their satisfaction during audits and during discussions related to the performance and conformance of components
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions as problems occur, overseeing remediation activities, and driving the project to completion
  • Work collaboratively with factories, machinists, inspectors, leadership, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that Ameritek is continuously improving
  • Refine and enhance a Quality Management System with processes necessary for alignment with ISO 9001 standards
  • Complete Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation
  • An influential member of the company’s management team


  • Minimum of three years of quality assurance management experience
  • Work history that includes inspection, manufacturing engineering, or quality engineering
  • Background in production manufacturing techniques and methodologies
  • Robust knowledge of gaging and inspection techniques, including GD&T
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control and its application in machining
  • Proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop others
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

$75,000 - $95,000 yearly
