Multi-role position with responsibilities for purchasing and customer service. Fast-paced and challenging at times, requires great responsibility and attitude to perform in a critical role in the organization.
Purchasing responsibilities:
- Vendor relations
- Obtaining multiple quotes on purchased materials and components
- Issuing purchase orders to vendors
- Expediting purchase orders
- Executing purchasing process in accordance with ISO9001
Customer service responsibilities:
- Technical support on our products
- Replacement parts sales (earns commission)
- Prior experience in purchasing or other clerical and administrative functions
- Technical customer service experience is desired, but not mandatory
- Must be skilled at remaining organized to juggle many different activities at once and be diligent and caring enough to respond to customers in a timely fashion

We select the equipment to suit our customer's needs, then the job goes to our engineering department where modifications are made to fit the customer's specific application.
