Multi-role position with responsibilities for purchasing and customer service. Fast-paced and challenging at times, requires great responsibility and attitude to perform in a critical role in the organization.

Responsibilities

Purchasing responsibilities:

  • Vendor relations
  • Obtaining multiple quotes on purchased materials and components
  • Issuing purchase orders to vendors
  • Expediting purchase orders
  • Executing purchasing process in accordance with ISO9001

Customer service responsibilities:

  • Technical support on our products
  • Replacement parts sales (earns commission)

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in purchasing or other clerical and administrative functions
  • Technical customer service experience is desired, but not mandatory
  • Must be skilled at remaining organized to juggle many different activities at once and be diligent and caring enough to respond to customers in a timely fashion

Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
