We’re in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a Public Area Attendant . You’ll be in charge of the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of our building. A typical day includes vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and any additional maintenance duties as needed. • Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
• Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed
• Eliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or sponges
• Close and lock building doors for security once cleaning is complete

• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• In good physical condition with excellent health
• 1+ years of experience as a janitor, cleaning crew member, or similar position
