Are you looking to join a well-established practice that offers multidisciplinary services and has a high volume of referrals? Are you collaborative, compassionate, and pride yourself on providing high quality care? We are growing and need a team player to come on board! We’re looking for a psychiatric prescriber to provide services in our office in beautiful, coastal Wilmington, North Carolina.
At Chrysalis Center, we strive to restore hope and empower change by providing the highest standard of care for mental disorders, eating disorders, and overall wellness. Our team consists of mental health therapists, registered dietitians, and a full-time administrative staff dedicated to helping our clients find the support they need in their recovery journey. While our outpatient office welcomes clients of all ages and diagnoses, we are accredited by The Joint Commission and are licensed by the state as a facility to also provide day treatment for adults with eating disorders. Our ideal candidate would be experienced in providing psychiatric medication management services in an outpatient, residential, or hospital setting.
By joining our team, you’d be an employee of a locally owned and operated business that was founded in 2003. Our clinicians are paid on a fee-for-service model so you can determine how much you’ll work. This can be a full or part-time position with opportunity for growth, ideal for someone who is interested in establishing a caseload of clients and collaborating with outside referral sources as well.
As a clinician at Chrysalis Center, you’ll have access to our Electronic Medical Records, full billing and administrative support, credentialing, marketing, and technology. We have a full-time administrative staff to communicate with clients so you can focus your time on clinical work. Clinical team members are required to participate in collaborative staff meetings to ensure that we are providing high quality care to all clients who come to our facility.
The psychiatric provider diagnoses, prescribes medication, monitors medication side effects, and participates in interdisciplinary treatment-planning and collaboration while maintaining good standing with one’s governing license board.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
