Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Kentucky

Job Summary

The Oaks Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). We are a local, PMHNP-owned, multi-specialty clinic located in Glasgow, KY. We pride ourselves on providing a positive, family atmosphere where clients and colleagues are highly valued and cared for. We have all worked in larger agencies, and are therefore committed to fostering a small, relaxed, friendly, “non-agency” culture. Many have experienced the isolation of telehealth positions, as well as the difficulty in finding work-life balance with in-office positions, and therefore we offer flexible, hybrid positions to provide the perfect blend. We not only allow our clinicians to be autonomous and “think outside the box”, we encourage it!  We not only encourage "work-life balance", we provide a work environment that supports it!

You will work as a valued member of our multidisciplinary treatment team including other PMHNP’s, licensed mental health counselors/therapists, targeted case managers, and Peer Support Specialists. This position will allow a ratio of in-office and telehealth from the comfort of your home. We provide all administrative support, so you can focus on what you do best. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in an under-served area while “practicing your way”.

Our Benefits

  • Competitive compensation of $120,000 to $160,000+
  • Sign-on Bonus
  • Health, Vision, Dental, Life, & AD&D coverage
  • PTO

  • Full administrative support including billing, credentialing, scheduling, medication prior-authorizations, etc.
  • Collaborative Agreement with psychiatrist provided at no cost
  • Malpractice Insurance provided at no cost
  • Fully furnished, tastefully decorated office space

We will be highly selective for this position and expect it to fill quickly. If you think you have the qualifications we are looking for, don’t miss out, apply today!  Join our amazing team and find out why our team members say "this is the best place I've ever worked"!
