- We are looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent (preferred) to manage our Owner Services Division.

- $45,000 plus bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plan.
Responsibilities
- Owner renewals and communicating with owners regarding any issues with their property, tenant, etc.
- Communicating with owners regarding tenant renewals and vacancies
- Reviewing owners' statements and going over charges
- Working with the PM team to ensure the owners get the very best experience
- Growing the Company through Business Development
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is preferred or a commitment to obtain one
- Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport
- Problem solver who works well on your own and on a team
- Property Management experience is a plus
- EXCELLENT communication, customer service skills, and organization
