The New Accounts Property Manager is responsible for finding new owners. The goal is to maximize the number of new owners and accounts we get each month while providing 5-star service.
- Manage prospective owner marketing
- Return all calls to all new owners inquire
- Attend as many networking meeting with Realtors, CPA, income tax preparers
- Provides education to realtors and owners about property management
- Prospective owner follow up
Primary job duties:
- Prospecting / contacting property investors and selling our property management services
- Resident / Owner relations
Account Specialist Skills and Qualifications:
• Reporting Skills
• Attention to Details
• Research Skills
• Marketing Skills
• Customer Focus
• General Math Skills
• Excellent in using MS Offices ( PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in property management
$70,000+ potential; DOE, base plus commissions.
