Part-Time
The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises. We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of the assigned residential property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Our Property Managers enjoy a creative and diverse work-life. You will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations, and financial reporting.

25 hours/week

Commissions and bonuses

• Coordinate on-site operations
• Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers
• Provide customer service to our customers
• Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits
• Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair

• Strong communications skills are a must
• High school diploma or GED required
• Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
• Technologically competent in Microsoft Office programs
• Proven track record of successful sales and management
• Knowledge of leasing rules
• Past sales experience is preferred

• Valid driver's license require
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential property management
