The Property Manager will provide leadership to a team of Villa Care Specialists ensuring the proper upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, and security of our Villatel inventory. Daily scheduling of pre and post-arrival inspections, oversight of contractors (e.g., pool cleaning, pest control, etc.), and conducting/facilitating in-house repair and maintenance will be part of the daily activities. Partnership and collaboration with all departments will be required to ensure our villas are kept in excellent condition for each guest. As the Property Manager, it is imperative that the Villatel units are consistent in all areas of housekeeping, housewares, linens, and overall upkeep. As a salaried Manager, the position is required to participate in the Manager on Duty / On-call schedule.
