The Property Manager is responsible for building relationships with property owners, referral partners, maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met
  • Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions
  • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
  • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property
  • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner

  • Builds relationships with property owners and referral partners to grow properties under management

Qualifications
  • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends
  • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required

  • An Oklahoma real estate license (or willingness to obtian one)

Compensation
$28,000 - $40,000 yearly
