We are a leader in property development and management, and we are expanding our portfolio with new developments. We’re looking for the best and brightest Property Manager in the area to lead our team at our newest location(s).

A successful Property Manager will be professional at all times, exhibit strong organizational skills and enjoy a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee a significant new real estate asset.

The ideal Property Manager must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents, board members, vendors; enforce regulations; prepare budgets and process financial matters, and attend board meetings (day or evening). Must have strong computer skills, be able to take initiative, well organized, detail oriented, and able to speak in front of large groups. Prior experience in property management is a bonus.

  • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals
  • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and incorporate into marketing campaigns
  • Provide clients with your very best service
  • Coordinates and manages resident move-ins / move-outs including processing applications
  • Negotiate leases with tenants

  • Creates and organizes marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units
  • Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit
  • Exceeds resident satisfaction with high quality, professional customer service
  • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal service
  • Monitors the property performance, leasing velocity, market trends, and property budget noting any and all issues or concerns

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of leasing rules
  • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude

  • Assist residents with day to day tasks, as a part of the community’s concierge program
  • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
  • Proven track record of successful sales and management
  • Basic understanding of MS Office
  • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
  • Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
  • Customer-focused approach

  • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
  • High School Diploma or equipment
  • Available evenings and weekends

$16 - $35 hourly
