Property Manager, 20-30 hours per week, Self Storage

Overview:   

Join our growing company as a Property Manager for a 460-unit self-storage facility. This opportunity provides personal & professional development and long-term stability. 

• Management of day-to-day store operations, including customer service, property upkeep, facilities management, and unit rentals/ payments. 
• Maintain accurate records for each customer including leases, agreements, and specials.
• Manage account receivable process through pursuit of collections, posting of payments, and bank deposits.
• Perform light repair and maintenance duties, including cleaning units, hallways, offices, and bathrooms.
• Oversee contractors and third-party vendor’s work.
• Keeps foreclosure documentation organized and accurate, following company foreclosure checklist and set guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in self-storage OR property management OR retail management; Ability to independently manage all functions of storage or property unity (460 units). Must be profit-driven, able to quickly identify challenges or opportunities & interest in resolving successfully on behalf of the business.
• Excellent communication, strong work ethic, and high personal integrity.  
• Ideally Available to work Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm and Saturdays 9 am-5 pm, Up to 30 hours per week
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Must have a clean employment history, criminal history, and driving record, and pass a drug screen
