Job Opportunity with Beach Loop Realty in Bandon Oregon!

I am looking to fill a property management service coordinator/front desk position in a busy & growing real estate office. Computer skills are a must - we work on a Mac desktop, handling phones, bill pay & maintenance coordinating for our rental properties and clients. You will be cross-trained in the leasing coordinator position.

You will be working along with top-producing real estate agents in our office & assisting with various real estate and office tasks. Lots to learn!

Are you a friendly, upbeat, good communicator, have computer skills, and are able to multitask?

Having a working, reliable car is needed as part of your duties will require you to visit properties, often on short notice. Background check & drug testing is required.

We are starting this position at 35 hrs per week Monday through Friday and we are looking for someone ready to start work ASAP.

Responsibilities

  • Bill pay
  • Scheduling & Coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors, owners & tenants
  • Documenting log notes with vendors, owners & tenants
  • Rental inspections
  • Email communications
  • Showing rental homes
  • Collecting rents
  • Rental inquiries

Qualifications

  • Computer skills preferably Mac
  • Communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Calendar and time-blocking skills
  • Customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Compensation
$18 hourly
