Our leading Real Estate Company is looking for a Property Manager with strong leadership skills. The ideal Property Manager must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents, board members, and vendors. This position will be responsible for enforcing regulations, preparing budgets and processing financial matters, and building the portfolio.

This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, detail-oriented, and able to speak in front of large groups. Prior experience in property management is a bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
  • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals
  • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
  • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
  • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person
  • Some weekend and evening hours required
  • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required
Compensation
$60,000+ at plan
