Part-Time- approximately 24 hours per week
Our manufactured home community is looking for a Property Manager. This position will be responsible for providing friendly customer service to residents, enforcing rules, collecting rent, and being the eyes and ears on the property.
This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, detail-oriented, and able to speak with groups of people. Prior experience in property management is a bonus.
