We were working "remote" before "remote" was cool. We are a small property management company that manages single-family properties that we own. No outside owners or investors. We have been remote since 2011 and fully utilize the best of technology to make things fun and efficient. Tech tools we use include Slack, Google workspace, Asana, Appfolio, and more. This position is work from home/remote with the exception that we do have a portfolio of properties in the Denver area and from time to time you will be required to visit these properties. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Our guests love us. We are proactive and communicative with our guests. Our lease renewal rate is 87% which is incredibly high. We expect to treat all with respect and honesty. No slumlords here!

No real estate management experience? No big deal. We will train you. We are looking for the right fit based on personality, work ethic, ability to work with little direction, and strong communication skills. If you feel like this might be "it" for you please apply! Background and criminal check is required based on the nature of our business. Must not have any felony convictions.

• Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
• Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards
• Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions
• Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property
• Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes

• Past sales experience is preferred
• Some weekend and evening hours required
• Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
