We're searching for a diligent operations assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.   • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports
  • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner

  • Answering / directing phone calls and emails
  • Purchase and arrange delivery for birthday, personal and home anniversary cards, and referrals gifts
  • Foster relationships with resident community to help improve customer satisfaction
  • Foster new and existing relationships with our vendor community to provide various options of first-class service to Residents & Owners
  • Assist Property Managers with all aspects of tenancy relationship and building management
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as directed by the Property Managers

  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • People and soft skills is a must
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, taking initiatives when necessary
  • Must have your own car, a valid CA driver's license and current insurance.

16 - 22 hourly
