We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator position for our busy residential property management firm- seeking a full time employee and with a RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR MAINTENANCE BACKGROUND. Must demonstrate strong organizational and follow up skills necessary to oversee a number of properties. Exhibit solid communication while dealing with a variety of tasks and be a motivated problem solver.

  • Dispatching and following up on maintenance work orders
  • Expanding our vendor list
  • Processing rental applications
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Property drive-by's/ walkthroughs'

$13 - $15 hourly
