We strive for a first class experience for all of our property owners and tenants; we are seeking a full time Property Management Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration using the management platform of Buildium or in real estate bookkeeping/ accounting and/or project management of vendors in construction. Past experience in dog walking or babysitting is also helpful as we do "Pet Interviews" of prospective Tenant's dogs. We are listed for qualifying credits for internship with the business school at SDSU. We can potentially get the necessary permissions for internship credit at other colleges and universities in the area.
Achievers Realty, Inc. uses Buildium as our property management platform. If you have used other software platforms like Propertyware or Appfolio, then you will find this is similar.
Organizing and prioritizing daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. Ethics, attention to details, and professionalism are very important as we manage other people's homes and money.
