Property Condition Evaluator
Salem, OR US
Posted ago

Centurion Real Estate Management is looking for a person with great attention to detail, who has a clean driving record, and who enjoys working outside of an office setting. Experience in Residential Maintenance is a plus but not required as we will train the right person.

Our Property Condition Evaluator plays a very key role in ensuring that our rental homes and apartments are ready to go on the market. The people we hire for this position have great attention to detail and work well on their own with little supervision. The evaluator walks rental properties and documents the condition of the property before a tenant moves in and after the tenant moves out. The job would involve climbing upstairs and 4-6 foot ladders. Take photos with an App to complete property evaluation reports and upload them daily. Typing and proper grammar are needed to complete the reports with comments on what is damaged and what needs to be repaired at the properties.

The position is driving around the Salem and Mid-Willamette Valley Area and requires you to be standing for hours at a time to complete the report in an average amount of time.

Reliable personal transportation is a must since travel to our main office may be required to pick up access devices for properties and travel to each property. Usually only traveling to only a few properties per day so not too much traveling. We also try to route the reports so that the least amount of travel is needed. Training is provided. Please contact us if you like to work outside, traveling around the Mid-Willamette Valley Area, and have an eye for reviewing property conditions and creating reports of damages and conditions found at homes.
