Property and Casualty insurance license REQUIRED

We are seeking an Insurance Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of Property and Casualty Insurance policies to new and existing clients. We have just opened the insurance arm of our business and have over 1,000 existing clients who would be eligible to review their insurance needs. We have an environment here that is well-suited for someone who is eager to succeed and place substantial insurance business.

Most of the team works at company headquarters, but most client meetings are via Zoom, allowing this position to be either in the office or remote.

• Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
• Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders
• Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base
• Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles
• Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish

• Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required
• Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plus
• Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations
