Renny Insurance Group conducts ongoing campaigns that will generate a quality lead flow to you, the Insurance Consultant. We will provide warm leads to your company dashboard which you will control and be able to quote and market by using the multiple tools we provide.

In this role, no two days will be the same. The ideal candidate will have sales experience (specifically in the insurance industry) or is a quick learner that’s eager to work directly with customers to uncover the insurance protection that best meets their needs.   • Execute effective sales-based marketing strategies like prospecting, cold calling, networking, and more to gain new clients
  • Track and share progress toward monthly quotas by consistently updating bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records
  • Ensure that existing, new, and prospective clients complete all appropriate forms and meet insurance policy requirements, and facilitate the insurance claims process, which may include examining the condition of physical properties to assess risks
  • Have productive meetings with new, existing, and prospective clients to listen attentively to their needs and understand their financial circumstances before recommending ideal insurance policies
  • Remain educated on property and casualty insurance policies, insurance agent regulations, insurance claims, and other industry rules to successfully match prospective, existing, and new clients with the best insurance plans
  • Candidates must have core computer skills and a demonstrated capability using Microsoft Office programs
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • An accredited P&C insurance license is necessary for this position
  • Excellent analytical, customer service, and communication skills are required
  • Proficiency using sales and accounting software is beneficial

  • An Active FL Property & Casualty Insurance License (220 or 440) REQUIRED- Health/Life (215 or 214) a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, customer service, and sales skills a must-have

$55,000 - $75,000 per year plus commission
