Must haves:

• 1+ years experience in Construction Project Management, preferably in residential construction
• Understanding of project management techniques and methods
• Experience creating construction budgets

What you will do:

• Manage your pipeline of renovation projects
• Review inspection reports and disclosures as needed
• Create scope of work documents and budgets
• Develop project plans and schedules - and stick to them!
• Negotiate bids with foreman and vendors
• Make multiple site visits weekly and conduct detailed walks to ensure progress 
• Monitor that construction teams are following the SOW and safety compliance
• Whatever else comes up to achieve our goals!
