The project team member maintains a clean working environment for clients, staff, and visitors by ensuring that assigned projects are completed to standard and within the specified time frame. Projects are largely related to floor care, but also include construction clean-up, window cleaning, general cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.
Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The project team member ensures work order completion and verifies that work meets company standards, responds to Supervisor and Division Manager requests, maintains a communication log, and is responsible for securing the building upon shift completion. The project team member submits photos of work as requested, measures square footage maintains accurate records of supplies and material used on each project, and submits orders for needed supplies in a timely manner.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration from vacuums or floor cleaners. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
