Reali is looking for a results oriented Program Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, the Program Manager will partner with leaders across the organization to drive initiatives and shape the growth trajectory of Reali. The ideal candidate is a strong tactical and analytical thinker, possessing the ability to break complex challenges down into solvable components and the tenacity to drive successful solution delivery.

In this role you’ll partner with business leaders and operations professionals to design and deliver best-in-class solutions in an accelerated growth environment. Your focus will be aligning systems and process initiatives with business needs, ensuring quality solution delivery with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these areas as well as experience implementing and managing tools and processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Manage programs of fast-moving projects in a complex tech-forward environment
  • Partner with leadership, operations, engineering, business development, and marketing to align and deliver solutions for novel challenges in support of Reali’s core business: Real Estate, Cash Programs, Escrow, Title
  • Intake business needs, design, and deliver low/no-code solutions
  • Collaborate to ensure delivery in line with expectations, establish metrics, and measure outcomes
  • Develop forward-thinking solutions cognizant of the larger organizational picture and growth trajectory
  • Ensure process design and corresponding system configuration are best-in-class, continuously adapting to an ever-changing environment; own solutioning
  • Develop and support Reali’s tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach.io, Snowflake, Looker, Customer.io, Segment.io, DocuSign
  • Understand and leverage industry best practices, fast-tracking standardized solutions for known challenges
  • Responsible for analysis, planning, testing, and implementation of projects and tasks
  • Ensure effective change management, project tracking, and systems documentation
  • Own vendor relationships
  • Build integrations

Qualifications

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent additional work experience
  • 7+ years of work experience in a technology company in related roles:  business or revenue operations, program management, business systems, business analysis
  • 3+ years of design and configuration experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Expertise with out of the box solutions for enablement, engagement/acceleration, communications, and other common sales stack technologies
  • Expertise with full SDLC development approach
  • Experience managing and integrating 3rd party solutions with Salesforce
  • Experience managing a portfolio of technical projects
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through change management programs
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Mortgage or Real Estate industry experience
  • Experience managing a data warehouse, preferably Snowflake

Compensation
$130,000 to $150,000
