We are looking for sales professionals with a valid Oklahoma real estate license (minimum of 1 year active real estate transaction history is required) to join our brokerage. This is an ideal job for a skilled salesperson. This opportunity offers you the ability to work with a top-level real estate brokerage  lead generating on your own and handling all of your own transactions. This will also allow you to develop your own team when you are ready.

Professionalism is a must. As a buyer and listing specialist, you will be meeting with prospective clients looking to buy or sell a home.   • Respond to all customer requests quickly and efficiently to ensure exceptional service
  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Has knowledge of open house best practices and educates team members
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Provide listing presentations for leads
  • Handle all aspects of MLS and put signs up/down
  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Quickly respond to all lead listings and requests with the goal of converting into listing appointments
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Transaction coordination on all of your transactions
  • Show and present properties to potential clients
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Self motivated and self sufficient
  • Ability to communicate effectively - orally and written
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficently
  • Great people skills
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Must have 1 year of proven real estate transaction experience 
  • Active Real Estate License 
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM
  • Team player 
  • Independent and self-motivated
