Are you a Professional Administrative Assistant? Do you want to create a life by design?

I'm looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy administrative assistant for a busy and energetic realtor to help organize, systematize and grow my business. Also, to improve my client’s experience before, during, and after the transaction.

Must be an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented multi-tasker, have excellent verbal communication and creative writing skills, be tech and social media savvy, plus be able to work as part of a team and willing to pitch in where needed. Experience in real estate and/or graphic design is preferred. No selling involved but must enjoy helping and interacting with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing clients and their files
  • Inventory
  • Databases
  • Input listings
  • Prepare for client appointments
  • Service lead generation systems
  • Coordinate, develop, and implement marketing campaigns
  • Tracking marketing data
  • Preparing for buyer presentations
  • Enhancing my social media presence
  • Help run my business/office in a more efficient and productive manner

I want someone that will support my mission, help enhance my professional image, improve my clients’ overall experience, as well as make my day-to-day operations easier. If you know a neat trick, a faster way to do things, a nicer way to display something, I encourage you to share your ideas. I am not an expert in all areas. I am working to grow and improve all areas of my business and client interactions. I have high expectations and expect honest transparency. Some very important qualities I am looking for are: smart, a pro-growth mindset, loyal, ambitious and a strong work ethic. I am very fair and reasonable and would be great to work for.

I require 20-30 hrs/week to start (will transfer to full-time if/when necessary).

Responsibilities
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems

  • Background in real estate admin preferred but not necessary
  • Must have your own vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Must be organized and operate in a professional manner
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Must be punctual

Compensation
$35,000 - $55,000/Annual + Bonuses
